If you need, i have 2 houses next to each other, you can book them both! if there are calendar issues, message me. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. We are in a quiet neighborhood! All Linens and 4 bath towels are included. The boardwalk is a short walk, there are parks and tennis courts within 2 blocks, food shopping and restaurants are all around. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and brand new Airconditioning! Completely renovated!
The space
*Please note we do not rent to groups of people under 25 years old. This is a family house. If you are a parent, please do not book for your kids. We are onsite and monitor this. We will remove people from the property.
If there are days you want and the calendar is giving you trouble, message me and I will try to accommodate you.
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 Bath House. There is a Living room, a Dining Room and a fully equipped Kitchen. There is a side yard for your use however the backyard is reserved for the owner. The Master Bedrooom has a Queen Bed, the other Bedroom has 2 full sized beds. The Living Room has a Queen sized pullout couch. There is a gas Barbeque for your use. Each bedroom comes equipped with a smart TV, so does the living room. The rooms are nicely decorated. There is a brand-new Air-Conditioning system. everything you need to enjoy your vacation is in the home. We have beach gear, bath towels, bedsheets, pillows, pots, pans, a coffee machine, pretty much everything you could want to enjoy your time with Family and Friends!

The Front door is a touch keypad, I will send you the code the day of your rental. The front porch in front of your unit is yours to use and is suitable for dining. The side yard is secured and I give you keys to use. The side yard may be used by the owner to get to and from the rear unit and to the backyard which is for the owners private use.
Other things to note
With the Roku TV's, you can stream the free content or use your own accounts and passwords. I recommend you log out of your services before you leave.
Wildwood is home to this vacation home. Wildwood Boardwalk and Washington Street Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Morey's Piers and Raging Waters Water Park.
