Lastly, there is a full size bathroom in the hall, a laundry room with washer, dryer and sink and access to the garage (for use of storage only). Second floor boasts open and inviting great room area (living, dining and kitchen area) and full hall bath. Deck off dining area has inlet and ocean views. Two bedrooms on the second floor each with two twin beds. One of the two bedrooms has a private bath, deck and ocean views. Third floor is dedicated to the master suite with King bed, television, private deck with ocean views, walk in closet and master bath. Rear yard provides large heated swimming pool with spa area and BBQ (propane) grill for your enjoyment. Come and enjoy this fantastic home in the quiet residential Northend.
