This home is in the heart of Avalon on the highly sought after west block of 21st street, one block from the beach and short walking distance to the business district, shops, restaurants, and Veteran Plaza. Enjoy relaxing under the canvas awning porch or in the Florida style sun room overlooking the rear yard bricked patio. Three bedrooms and two full baths on 1st floor. Two bedrooms and 1 en suite bath on second floor. Please keep in mind that all the beds come with a duvet, pillows and mattress cover - travelers will need to provide their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, washclothes and beach towels.
