If you're looking for the ideal Cape Cod beach cottage experience, you'll find it in this updated two-bedroom East Orleans cottage. The cottage is an “up and down” style home. On the main level you will find a living room, kitchen, bath and primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The lower level has it's own private entrance (no access from the main level). And down there you will find a living area with a comfy pullout sofa, kitchenette and one bedroom with two twins plus another full bath connected to the twin room. A perfect layout for two families. And you are about 1.25 miles to Nauset Beach!

Outside is where you'll be spending most of your time. The owners have added a heated pool. A great place to relax after a day at Nauset Beach. There is a great deck with a gas grill. Plus there is a hot tub! You'll also find a large picnic table with an awning if you want to get out of the sun and a gas fire-pit. Next to all of that you have the coolest garage in Orleans that has been transformed. Inside you will find a bar, Foosball table and seating for 8 for those times when you'd prefer not to eat outside. And of course no trip to the Cape is complete without an outdoor shower, a fundamental part of the perfect Cape Cod vacation.

Inside the cottage you'll find all the comforts of home. There is AC provided by efficient split units, the kitchen is fully equipped and of course, there is Wi-Fi and cable TV. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $215.00 In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
