4 Br Private Vacation Home Vacation Rental In Hyannis, Massachusetts

We'd first like you to know that this is not a typical seasonal rental property. It is our family's second home. We purchased the property after years of renting ourselves and falling in love with Cape Cod. After looking for property Cape-wide, we were particularly attracted to the house, quiet cul de sac, private beach, and closeness to harbor and downtown environment. While you may wonder why we have limited bookings and reviews, it's because our intention is to use our home personally, resulting in fewer weeks available for renting. Now, let us tell you a bit about what you'll find here. There is a beautiful private sandy beach on Nantucket Sound just a 2 minute walk from your doorway. Views of ferries heading to the islands, windsurfers, sailboats and Kennedy Compound are sights from your beach chair. Families w/children will especially appreciate the short walk to our picturesque kid-friendly beach where gentle waves make swimming and water fun enticing. Adjacent Kalmus and Sea Street beaches provide opportunities for longer scenic walks. Begin or end your day with a private outdoor shower. Our home is the perfect, peaceful setting to relax on the spacious wrap-around porch and enjoy outdoor meals and activities in a private setting. The main floor has one bdrm, full bath, open living room and dining area, adjoining kitchen and laundry area. Second floor has full bath and three charming bedrooms with deck off master bedroom and new flooring throughout the upstairs area. You can walk to town and find harbor, dining, artist shanties, docks, ferries, all within 3/4 mile. It's a perfect location! You'll find our home well cared for, spotlessly clean and pleasantly decorated to help ensure your enjoyable Cape Cod visit.

HOUSE POLICIES:
>No overnight guests or visitors, in or on premises or private beach, other than those individuals, w/ their respective addresses, listed in Vacation Lease. These guests will number no more than 8, including children.
>No smoking or vaping anywhere inside, outside, on or near premises or private beach.
>No pets of any kind allowed anywhere inside, outside, on premises or private beach.
>No trailers, boats, tents, camping, parties, weddings, gatherings, special events, candles or fireworks in, on or near the premises or on private beach.
>Good Neighbor Policy: This is a quiet neighborhood and there should be no loud noises from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Our neighbors watch out for each other.
>Adult supervision of children is required at all times. We welcome children, but our house is not childproof.
>Any damages, breakages, unexpected failures of appliances, or other unexpected property issues should be reported to owner immediately for guidance.
>No booking is final until owner receives signed lease agreement and forms.
>Failure to comply with any of the Rules and Policies listed on our website may result in immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of rental amount, security deposit and other fees.
>Two-week maximum rental period.

Located in Hyannis, this vacation home is on the beach. Hyannis Harbor and John F. Kennedy Memorial are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Hyannis Youth & Community Center and Wild Animal Lagoon. Cape Cod Maritime Museum and Putter's Paradise Miniature Golf are also worth visiting. Kayaking and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
