This lovely retreat features 1 king bed in the Primary Bedroom and 2 Twin Beds in the 2nd Bedroom/Office. Wonderful spot for your warm & sunny getaway. 2 full bathrooms. Relax in the evening watching the brand new big screen TV. Unwind with a stunning sunset (western view from lanai) after a day of exploring, sunning, beach, swim, tennis, pickleball, shopping, dining, golf and/or exercise. Golfers will love Naples Heritage 18 hole course. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, A/C, work desk in 2nd bedroom, wifi printer and a washing/dryer in unit. Community Fitness Center is recently updated. 4 pIckleball courts within easy walking distance. Community has an intermural pickleball league. Enjoy all that Naples has to offer when you stay at our place. Golf privileges are available for those interested. Rental application has to be submitted and approved by HOA prior to occupancy. Separate fee for that. Elevator building. One covered parking spot steps from elevator. Uncovered parking for 2nd car and guests. Entire unit just repainted. Owners live in same building and will help show you around. TV in both bedrooms. New stone laid in lanai in 2024. Clean and inviting. Shaker style kitchen cabinets with glass inserts. Brand new stove and brand new big screen TV in living room. Kitchen and Main Bath countertops are high-end & absolutely beautiful quartzite. HOA requires minimum 30 day rental period. HOA must approve renters, which includes background check. Sorry, HOA does not allow renters to have pets!! Preference given to longer term rentals. For 2026, we'd like to find one renter for period of January through March. Absolutely no smoking in unit. No parties or group events. Kitchen has dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. We are looking for respectful renters. Naples Heritage is a simply wonderful community!!! If you'd like golf and other full club privileges, temporary membership transfer costs $800 (paid directly to club after you arrive).
