Step off the property and it is a 50-yard (45.7 m.) walk to the White, Sandy Beach, and just over a block to the 1000' Naples Pier (Pending Reconstruction). This Olde Florida style condo complex has a courtyard tropical garden right outside of your door, along with our private, heated pool. A wide variety of restaurants await you in the '3rd Street' area, just over a block from the property. Enjoy restaurants like Tommy Bahama's, Campiello's, The Ridgway, and many others. The 3rd Street area also boasts some of Naples best shopping. There is a 43'' 4K UHD TV , Sound Bar, and DVD player with over 50 DVDs. The kitchen has been newly renovated, with dinnerware, flatware, pots/pans and more. There is a Convection Microwave which also allows traditional covnvection baking, and a Bosch Induction Cooktop. We have equipped this condo with everything you may need. NOTE: THE NAPLES PIER IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING REBUILT, AND THERE MAY BE INTERMITTENT CONSTRUCTION NOISE FROM THE BEACH TROUGH SPRING 2027.
