This home is set up for comfort and enjoyment with family and friends. 6' stucco wall enclosing pool and back yard provides privacy while soft lighting creates relaxing ambiance in the evening and 4 bikes are provided with house!! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and coolers are available for your use.
This home has kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, remodeled bathrooms and large lanai next to pool.
Cook on the grill by the pool, then walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets at Vanderbilt Beach. At night you can walk or take a short drive to Naples newest 'hot spot' The Mercato. Night life, shops, movie cinemas, restaurants, book store, Whole Foods, Traders Joes, Publix and Walmart within 1 mile.
