This brand new, in October 2021, custom modern farmhouse that sleeps 16 sits on one of the most incredible lots on Lake Norris with beautiful views of Lake Norris. This amazing farmhouse has large bi-parting doors in the great room with a full wall of glass windows providing plenty of sunshine and breathtaking lake views! We are situated in a gated community very close to the famous Cedar Creek Jumping Bridge and Sugar Hollow Marina. We are located in the gated Hidden Springs subdivision, located minutes off the interstate. The custom craftsmanship in our home is something you would see on the show “Fixer Upper”.

Vaulted ceiling with barn beams welcome our guest as they enter this open floor plan. Our home is filled with high end finishes including custom built-ins, granite tops throughout, stainless appliances, large ice maker for those coolers, and hardwood floors throughout most of the home. Bedrooms have carpeting for that cozy, at-home feel. Our home also features various area rugs, shiplap accents, well thought-out lighting fixtures and an upper and lower-level living room where the entire crowd can create memories. We want this home to feel like a home, not a rental property!

The views from the bedrooms, great room, lower level living area, kitchen, outdoor bar/kitchen area, and outdoor living areas are truly spectacular and provide a majestic setting for one of nature’s most stunning sites, Norris Lake.

A great feature of this home is that you can enter the gated community and unload your boat at our private boat launch! Bedroom 1 – Large master suite on the main level offers a King Bed, patio doors to upper deck space, closet, and a well-appointed bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bedroom on lower-level offers a lake view with 1 Queen Bed and a shared bathroom that adjoins to a kid’s custom bunkbed room (great for families who have multiple kids). This bedroom will also have patio doors leading to the lower-level deck
Bedroom 3 - Kid’s bunk room with custom bunkbeds on the lower-level offers 2 sets of bunkbeds with stairs for each, offering improved safety for kids to get in and out of their beds. The shared bath connects to lower-level master bedroom which helps families that need extra space or want to be close to the kids.
Bedroom 4 – This bedroom offers 2 full beds with a great lake view and also includes its own private bathroom
Bedroom 5 – Another master suite with a king bed also providing lake views and its own private bathroom and patio doors leading to the lower-level deck area.
Bathroom 6 – This bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom which provides double sinks for those who are looking for a little extra space.
Lower-Level great room is perfect for kids to enjoy time together whether they’re watching their favorite shows or playing games. Patio door allows everyone easy access to the outdoors and views of Lake Norris.
All bedrooms have TVs - all TVs in the home will have either cable, network stations or is set up for streaming such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, etc. (bunk room does not have a TV) - internet service at Norris Lake .

Other Rooms:
Dining Room with a table for 12-14, outdoor seating that will seat 8 at the outdoor kitchen/bar along with another table outdoors for eating/drinking or just enjoying the views. Outdoor couches and other additional seating allow for laid back conversations and lake views.
Our Kitchen includes an oversized island great for meal prep and seating for 5-6, gas cooktop, two ovens, two refrigerators, two dishwashers and a walk-in pantry off the kitchen area. The Custom cabinetry is stocked with all the essentials you need for your stay.
Our Wet Entry off the kitchen includes a full size refrigerator (2nd fridge), a front loading washer & dryer, large ice maker, and an area to keep all your staging gear when you’re getting ready to go to or return from the lake.
The Living Room hosts a gas fireplace, custom built-ins, large couches, and incredible views of Lake Norris.
Laundry rooms are situated both upstairs and downstairs with front high-efficiency load washers & dryers, ironing board/iron.

Located in Hidden Springs, a neighborhood in La Follette, this vacation home is in the mountains and on the waterfront. Campbell County Historical Society and Big Ridge Park Amphitheatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Sugar Hollow Marina and Whitman Hollow Marina. Norris Dam Marina and Appalachian Arts Craft Center are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Jet skiing, kayaking and water skiing adventures can be found near the property.
