Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy or gather on the main level in the large great room where there is an 85" smart TV for streaming, a 10' dining table, plus additional bar seating. The main level also has a bedroom with a king and a twin size bed and it joins the full hall bath. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each room and a full shared bath in between them. The lower level has 2 additional bedrooms with a queen and a twin bed in each room. These 2 bedrooms share a full bath in the hall. Also, on the lower level is a large recreation area with a sofa, love seat, a recliner, 65” smart TV’s, ‘Doc & Pies’ arcade game, pool table, full size fridge, small drink fridge, ice maker, kitchenette, round game/card table and easy access to the private hot tub. All bedrooms and living areas have smart TV’s for streaming. Outside you will find plenty of level parking in the semi-circle drive and no steps to enter the main level. There is a firepit with wood/kindling/roasting sticks and the dock is massive at 1,800 sq. ft. with 2 covered slips, electric and a huge partly covered swim platform. There are 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and chairs/tables. Bring the family and enjoy our home. We love sharing it with families and letting you make memories that last a lifetime. We pride ourselves with the best equipped homes and the cleanest ones on Norris Lake. We provide house towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, laundry supplies, natural gas griddle, citronella candles/butane lighter and all the amenities you could ask for and enough for your entire stay - not just starter supplies.
