Bring your boat to this newer build home with ample, flat parking for cars, boats, and trailers. There is a deeded slip at Twin Cove Marina for your ease and convenience to enjoy every day on the lake.
This amazing home is less than 10 mins. from I-75 and less than a mile from the marina. In addition to the pool, there is a hot tub, a gas grill, and several deck/ patio areas for dining and entertaining. The lower level has a pool table, arcade game, complete bar (full fridge and dishwasher), and a TV lounge area. The main level has a custom kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances and gas cooktop.
