Best of all, walk to famous Sundae School Ice-Cream Parlor a few minutes away.

You can see the tiny house from the backyard but they have their own driveway & deck. There is a fence & gate between the 2 properties.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cape Cod Beaches and West Dennis Beach, while Cape Cod Inflatable Park and Cape Codder Water Park are popular area attractions. Traveling with kids?
