New furnishings throughout, contemporary decor, immaculately kept, hardwood floors and central air. Open floor plan, living room, dining area with cathedral ceiling, couch, two chairs, 42” flat screen TV, wireless internet. Quartz countertops and all new appliances in a fully equipped skylit kitchen. Queen size bed and en-suite bath with large walk-in shower in the master bedroom. Queen size mattress in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a twin bed with pull out trundle to comfortably sleep two. Hall bath with full-size tub. New washer and dryer in basement. The backyard has a picnic table, additional seating, gas grill and outdoor shower. Barnstable beach passes included. During the summer months, this is a 5-day minimum rental.
