Walk through the patio doors to a light and fresh living area, designed in an open-plan layout that exudes spaciousness. The living area is calm and inviting, backed by a contemporary-style kitchen and dining table. Spread across the three floors to find an ensuite master, a double, and two twin bedrooms. Beach lovers will be in an unbeatable location, it takes just a couple of minutes to wander down to Fig Tree Bay and Protaras’ busy strip. If you want to go a little further, it’s a short drive to the town of Ayia Napa, which has been recently transformed into the perfect family holiday resort, with an array of attractions from fun fairs to boat trips. On the island’s south-eastern tip, you will also find the magnificent Cape Greco – there are few better places to enjoy a breath-taking ocean view.

The parking area for this villa is on a very slight incline. To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 86cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 77cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. Inside, there are no ground floor bathrooms, however the ground floor bedroom door is 74cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor where the bedroom and main bathroom doors are 74cm wide.
