Set on a relatively new complex, this quiet villa enjoys an enviable position overlooking the swimming pool and looking out over the rural landscape. The views from the first floor bedroom and the second floor, private roof terrace to the Troodos Mountains and to Paphos Forest are truly spectacular.
A 10 minute walk takes you into the centre of Polis with its quiet laid-back charm and to its varied eateries and traditional tavernas, therefore a car is unnecessary, however is useful for exploring further afield.

This villa is around 11 years old and enjoys private, off-road parking. Overlooking the swimming pool and sun-bathing terrace and set over three floors; the views from the three bedrooms and more particularly, the roof terrace (which is not overlooked), have to be seen to be believed.
The villa has been lovingly furnished and decorated with quality fixtures and fittings. Huge sliding patio doors allow the outside in and the fly screens fitted to these doors and all the windows prevent annoying insects from entering.
There is a flat screen smart tv and Android box which provides a wide variety of English language news, films, children's channels and Netflix.
The views from the bedroom balconies extend to the mountains which surround the complex on two sides and across Polis to the sea and for those who enjoy a glass of wine or two when on holiday. All three bedrooms have selectable A/C (which is included in your booking price), ceiling fans and masses of storage space. They are furnished in a contemporary style and have a hair dryer and full-length mirrors. Bed linen can be changed weekly for multiple week occupancy for a modest on-cost. The town of Polis is a only a 10 minute walk, so even the designated driver can partake in the celebrations.
Cot and high chair can be provided on request. A welcome pack is provided on arrival at an extra cost of £20.
Because this villa is within walking distance to Polis, a car is not essential and collections can be arranged from Paphos airport at a fraction the price of the local taxis
Located in Polis, this villa is by the sea. Maa-Paliokastro Archaeological Site and Tombs of the Kings are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Latchi Beach and Coral Bay Beach. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking nearby.
