Luxurious unique air conditioned detached corner villa on the biggest plot on the complex which has open plan living room having been designed with patio doors opening on all sides. The villa is in a quiet location within walking distance to the beach ,shops ,restaurants & many other eating places.
Villa has three double bedrooms with open plan living area opening on to the veranda and swimming pool. All bedrooms are fitted with full height wardrobes, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, large mirrors and main bedroom with wall mounted TV. It has a family bathroom with bath/shower.
Downstairs there is a separate wc and basin. The living area has large sofas, large screen LCD TV with satellite TV, DVD player . The well equipped kitchen has oven hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle & coffee maker.
Villa has large private swimming pool 8x4 meters (unheated) and garden which is fenced for privacy. There is a built barbecue, pool shower, sun beds, comfortable garden furniture to relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday.
South East area of Cyprus has among the best beaches and has the fantastic scenery and nature trails. Reasonably priced restaurants, tavernas and shops are within walking distance. for beach lovers the Golden Coast beach and marina is approx. 10 minutes walk, with its variety of water sports available including jet ski, ride on banana, Para sailing etc. The resort of Aya Napa is only a short bus ride away with its huge amusements / fairground park and a water park which is suitable for all ages.
The villa is within walking distance to local supermarkets, shops, bars and local beach.
