SUMMER 2027 Availability and Dates
Holiday week: June 28 - July 5 , 2027 must be a 7 night stay Mon - Mon. All other weeks and reservations From Monday 6/14/2027 - 8/17/2027 ALL Reservations will require a six night minimum stay. ONLY during these dates and only if you are a full six nights an arrival will be on Monday at 3pm and Departure will be on Sunday at 12pm.

PET POLICY
-Manhattan Point is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per day. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

Crosslake STR Noise Ordinance and House Rules
• Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to help preserve the peaceful lakeside experience for both our guests and neighboring properties.
• During quiet hours, please be respectful of those around you by avoiding loud music, shouting, yelling, excessive noise, or disruptive gatherings.
• Out of respect for our neighbors and the quiet atmosphere of the area, we encourage guests to conclude hot tub use by 10:00 PM. If the hot tub is used during quiet hours, voices should be kept at a conversational level and all activities should remain considerate of neighboring homes.
• No parties or events are permitted, including bachelor/bachelorette parties and similar gatherings.
• Noise complaints may result in fines, citations from local law enforcement, additional fees, and/or termination of your stay without refund.
