Located on the North side of Rush Lake (home faces South), this lake home has it all. Located on the main section of Rush Lake, there is easy lake access to Crosslake and the rest of the Whitefish Chain, Rush Lake sandbar, The Warf, Moonlight Bay etc. The property features a large deck overlooking the lake, paved walkways around the home and down to the dock/lake, and fire pit area. Within walking distance of the lake home is The Bourbon Room (1/4 mile) & Moonlight Bay (1 mile, should you choose to walk rather than boat). An easy walk/run or drive, the heart of the city of Crosslake is just 3 miles from the property. New 2023 pontoon boat is available for rent. $350 per day.
The home itself is a spacious 2800 sqft and features an open concept main living area that is filled with windows, Central AC, modern kitchen with stainless steal appliances, kitchen table, and bar seating around the large kitchen island. Living room features 2 couches, 2 easy chairs, You Tube TV, DVD. Lower level is walk out.
4 bedrooms: 2 upstairs (master being off the kitchen), 2 downstairs (2 queen sized bedrooms, 1 bunk room that sleeps 5)
3 full baths (one being attached to the master bedroom)

Located in Crosslake, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. Mississippi River and Crow Wing State Forest reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Kicks on Route 66 and Paul Bunyan Scenic Byway. Water skiing and water tubing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and horse riding nearby.
