• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• Crush all cans & plastic bottles. garbage is limited to the oversized container in the garage (approx. 72 gal). all other trash and debris will need to be disposed of by renter prior to check-out.
• Return any pillows that were moved to their original location/bed. ensure all rugs, furniture, fans, etc. are in original location. all used linens should be placed by washer & dryer in garage.
• Ensure all modes of entry are secured (doors in bedrooms & main level) including windows and garage doors. place keys back in the lockbox and ensure lock box is closed correctly.
