The beautifully decorated rental space is completely private with absolutely NO shared spaces, with both a private entrance and parking.
The property has high 13-foot ceilings, three large bedrooms with queen-size beds, two full bathrooms, an exercise bike, an elliptical machine, a movie theater/media room with an XBOX, surround sound, and six leather reclining lounge chairs.
There is also a Sonos sound system throughout the rental property, controlled by a mounted IPAD or your smartphone.
This rental has a nice kitchen area with everything a family needs to prepare meals, including a two-burning electric stove top, Instant Pot, microwave oven, hot plate, two large toaster ovens, three coffee makers, slow cooker/electric pot, and a toaster. The rental property is located on Lake Whatcom, offering 12 miles of clean, glacier-fed water, and is perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, jet skiing, sailing, boating, and fishing.
The rental property is also perfect for that winter ski getaway, with just a short drive to Mt. Baker.
This property also overlooks the first green of one of the most beautiful and scenic golf courses in Washington state, the Sudden Valley Golf Course.
The front nine of the Sudden Valley golf course is relatively open and flat and borders the shores of Lake Whatcom. Fairway landing areas are relatively generous, and the greens are large.
However, the back nine follows a ridge uphill with narrow evergreen-fringed fairways and smaller greens that have more character. (Please See the Video Link)
