Out the lobby door lies Bellingham downtown with: boutiques, restaurants, craft breweries & vibrant nightlife. This condo location offers an easy walk to not only the immediate downtown amenities, but also The Container Village (a seasonal cluster of container businesses with a expansive outdoor seating area, bike track, a wide variety of eateries, brew pub, wine bar, organic ice cream company, bike rentals, mini-golf and more).
The unit has upgrades including birch flooring, granite counters, and wall-mounted oak Murphy bed in master bedroom. The unit boasts 9' ceilings, crown molding, vibrant floor plan avoids typical boxlike layout, electric fireplace, and a stacked washer dryer.
A fully furnished 3rd floor, 2-bdrm/2 bath, 956 sq ft condo in superb location downtown with water views and incredible sunsets. Located right in downtown Bellingham with Farmer's Market at the corner, Food coop nearby, Beach Cat brew Pub on the water. Green trail in front of the building that goes to Fairhaven Boulevard Park. Walk to everything - bakeries, bars, restaurants, Pickford Theater, Mt. Baker Theater, groceries, shopping, music venues, and much more.
Fireplace (electric flame, no heat), 9' Ceilings, granite countertops, hardwood floors, built-in queen Murphy bed in master with memory foam mattress.
Separate Office with workstation and monitor (2nd bedroom set up as office NOT as a bedroom. There is no bed.).
Kitchen equipped with cookware, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and basics, ready for living and cooking.
Kitchen has new dishwasher in 2025.
Condo building interior painted in June 2026.
Deck with bay, islands, and sunset views. Washer/Dryer in unit. One dedicated garage parking space in secure garage.
Two elevators in the 5 story building.
The train is nearby and you will hear it, especially when they blow their horn!
A pet may be allowed with pre-approval and discussion (breed, size, age).
No Smoking anywhere on the property. STRICTLY NO SMOKING. $250 cleaning charge for any smoking.
NOTE: There is a one month minimum per the HOA. I prefer 1-3 month stays, will consider up to one year lease. The posted daily rate is the monthly rate (daily rate x 30).

Located in Bellingham, this condo is in the city center. Mount Baker Theatre and Whatcom Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Mindport and Spark Museum of Electrical Invention. Marine Life Center and Sehome Hill Arboretum are also worth visiting. Kayaking and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking/biking trails nearby.
