This spectacular, fully furnished 5,000 square foot, multi-million-dollar property is the largest, most desirable rental within the Sudden Valley community.

This huge private entertainment-sized deck has a surround SONOS sound system with viewing speakers wired outside and inside every room throughout the house for your enjoyment. The Sonos system may be controlled by a mounted IPAD or your smartphone.
The first, lower level also has a nice kitchen area with a two-burning electric stove top, Instant Pot, microwave oven, hot plate, two large toaster ovens, three coffee makers, slow cooker/electric pot, and a toaster, medium-size refrigerator, George Foreman indoor/outdoor grill, and a second outdoor BBQ.
The level of the property has an outdoor patio with comfortable patio furniture, a fire pit, a dining table, chairs, and a hot tub seating six people overlooking the beautiful foothills, golf course, and lake.

This rental property is in the Sudden Valley resort community and has all the amenities a family could ask for, featuring the beautiful Sudden Valley golf course, three beaches, two pools, four tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, and endless hiking, biking, and walking trails.
Also, Lake Whatcom offers 12 miles of clean, glacier-fed water and is perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, jet skiing, sailing, boating, and fishing.
However, the rental property is also perfect for that winter ski getaway, with just a short drive to Mt. Baker.

Located in Bellingham, this vacation home is next to a golf course and on the beach. Mount Baker Theatre and Whatcom Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Mindport and Spark Museum of Electrical Invention.
