It also grants access to a 38-foot private deck that presents a view of the river. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The dining area showcases a large wooden table with chairs designed to accommodate six people, making it suitable for meals or leisurely board games and various activities. The kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and stove top, along with an abundance of cabinets and new countertops that enhance the overall upgrades.
The elegant primary bedroom suite features a queen-sized bed and a wood burning fireplace, ideal for warming your feet or enjoying a romantic getaway. It includes a full bathroom and provides access to the spacious private deck. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and there is an additional full bathroom located in the main hallway.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
