I dare you to enjoy morning coffee on the patio. This lower corner unit has unobstructed views of Byers Peak, Fraser Tubing Hill and Winter Park Resort. It will make you feel like you're right where you're supposed to be!
The master bedroom is perfect for kiddos or a family. It has a queen over queen bunk bed, black out curtains, a large closet and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a cozy queen size bed, end tables with USB charging stations as well as a large closet. The hall between both bedrooms hosts a second bathroom and laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer.

The entryway is the perfect spot to begin making yourself at home. Kick off your boots, hang your jackets and use the bins for smaller items.

The newly remodeled kitchen is stocked with all-new kitchen/cookware and appliances. Basic cooking oil and spices make this space complete. If you want to see where the magic happens pull up to the bar where there's seating for four. If you'd rather gather at the table and share your favorite part of the day it seats up to six.

The living room has a long modern couch and the most buttery leather chair and a half you'll for sure want to cuddle in. If your company is too busy posting to Social Media there’s a Smart TV to watch movies and stream your favorite shows. Not into the tube? No problem! There's a selection of board games, puzzles and books.

We're located just off the Fraser train depot, which means you'll see or hear trains at some point during your stay. Our son loves it!

Forget something? Feel like eating out? Safeway, local shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Want to get out further? Ski Winter Park in the winter or head for the trails in the summer. Adventure awaits year round in all directions!

Getting around
Walk, ride or drive:
The Fraser - Winter Park trailhead is just a couple blocks from our front door. This pedestrian and bike friendly path will lead you toward Winter Park Resort. You'll pass the Recreation Center, Movie Theater/Bowling Alley, local eateries and all the happenings of downtown Winter Park.

You can easily navigate around Fraser and Winter Park via The Lift: Free public transportation! It's seasonal so double check the schedule at or download the RideHop App to your smartphone (access code: lift). There are two nearby stops for easy pick-up and drop off.

Everything you need is within walking distance but if you prefer to drive or need to hit the road HWY 40 is the main vein leading you in/out of town. Drive time to the ski resort is a short 8-10 minutes.
Our location is ideal if you don't feel like fighting Denver traffic into the mountains. You can take AmTrak from downtown's Union Station to Fraser and walk a couple blocks to our doorstep

Downtown, a neighborhood in Fraser, is home to this condo. Winter Park Ski Resort and Colorado Adventure Park are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Byers Peak Wilderness and Vasquez Peak Wilderness. Traveling with kids? Consider Amaze'n Maze Winter Park and Alpine Slide. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as ice skating and snowmobiling.
