Built in 1690, newly restored. Located in Watermill the center of the Hamptons. Restaurants and shopping right around the corner. We are located right off of Montauk HWY. Five minute drive to the ocean! Comes with local beach parking passes (for multiple cars). 2 upright paddle boards, surfboards (3 Long boards, 2 midsize boards, and 2 6’2”) and a small freshwater boat that fits two with an electric motor.
Water Mill is home to this bed & breakfast. While the natural beauty of The Hamptons Beaches and Cooper's Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Shinnecock Hills Golf Course.
South Fork Natural History Museum and Nature Center and Children's Museum of The East End are also worth visiting.
