This house is perfect for families that love the beach.
The house is located in a private community, Treasure Island Drive Association, in the heart of Amagansett, NY. Walking distance from the house to the beach is 300 ft on a charming dirt road. You can hear the ocean from every window and door in the house. The Amagansett train and village is a short 10 minute walk from the house.
The house has lots of natural light and has been fully renovated. The house has central air conditioning and heating. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely outside shower. The house can comfortably sleep 8.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful grass lawn and tall sea grass on the perimeter to add privacy. The westerly facing (sunsets) back deck has a dining table that seats 10, a couch, club chairs, ottoman, 4 lounge chairs and a spectacular BBQ. Directly adjacent to the back deck is a Jacuzzi and giant in-ground chess board.
The house is perfectly located in Amagansett, which between East Hampton (5 minutes by car, 15 by bike) and Montauk (15 minutes by car).
The house comes with great bikes, surf boards, standing paddle boards, volley ball badminton, tether ball and super friendly neighbors.
Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Amagansett Dunes, a neighborhood in Amagansett. Regal UA East Hampton and LongHouse Reserve are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit East Hampton Village Nature Trail and Wildlife Sanctuary and Jonathan Adler.
