When you enter this fabulous home, you will discover a colorful living area furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs throughout, creating a fantastic spot to wind down, chat, and plan all of your next adventures. A cozy family room can be found nearby, offering a welcoming place to enjoy a fun TV show or read a favorite book. Prepare delicious treats and meals in the spacious eat-in kitchen, which has been appointed with all the essentials to whip up anything that comes to mind. Find stainless steel appliances, three coffee makers, a convection oven, and a dishwasher. You can dine here or in the formal dining room. Laundry will be a breeze thanks to the washer/dryer on-site. The home offers a sunny back patio facing the water with plenty of comfy seating, including lounges where you can unwind and work on your tan as you take in the views. Three bedrooms can be found on the main level, including two primary suites, and a fourth bedroom can be located upstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
