Amenities include Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, free parking for up to 2 vehicles, kitchen supplies (cookware, dishes, & silverware), ice machine, Tiki Hut, covered pavilion, tennis court, basketball court, river/beach access, outdoor grills, & picnic tables. Office loans out the following items on first-come/first-served basis: shuffleboard, cornhole, fishing poles, books, movies, and board games. Weekly boat rental can also be obtained through the office with a new dock set to open again in mid-July! Too many restaurants to list that are within walking distance, most having live music throughout your stay... with plenty of shopping, museums, and other attractions within a short drive. Very relaxing and enjoyable resort for time away, yet still close enough to the famous Florida attractions for day trips as well.

Located in Sebastian, this condo is on the waterfront. St Sebastian River Preserve State Park and Environmental Learning Center reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Riverview Park and LaPorte Farms. Kiteboard Sebastian and North County Aquatic Center are also worth visiting.
