Check out instructions

• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• To assist with return of your deposit: remove used food from refrigerator, don’t leave dirty dishes, hand wash w/ soap & air dry or put in dishwasher w/ soap & start dishwasher machine.
• On departure: gather all garbage/trash, put in bag, place in appropriate garbage bin or recycling bin & take outside to the edge of driveway & place opposite side of mailbox on west side for pick up.
• When your leaving our home to return back to yours: please gather all used kitchen, bath & beach towels, remove all used sheets & bring to the laundry room but don’t start the wash thanks for helping
