We welcome you to our Coastal Retreat home! Relax on the covered patio in our heated pool! Please inquire for Boat and RV parking on this tranquil half acre property. This home features a beautiful pool view with direct pool access in the Master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and spare bathroom. The split floor plan is perfect for any multi-family arrangement. The Master Suite features a King bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower and garden tub. Both spare bedrooms feature queen beds with TVs . The spare bathroom is a shower and toilet shared by both spare bedrooms. Garage parking for 1 car is available.

Guests that have booked are confirming that they (the primary booker) and any guests that are part of the reservation, are aware and agree to the following rules outlined below, the rules listed under the house rules section, as well as any additional rules listed in the listing description/additional information section:
-$100 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-We will kindly confirm the number of guests and animals after a guest has booked. Confirmation is needed from the guest before access information is provided and before door codes are activated.
-Due to local city rules and permit regulations for vacation rentals, guests will need to contact the property manager at the number listed in the welcome binder for evening and overnight emergencies. The name and contact number is listed at the top of the front page under "Safety and Important Contact Info" and is also listed at the bottom of the checkout sheet where the Wi-Fi information is located.
-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner.
-Stove/Oven uses gas and should be attended to at all times. The Gas alarm plugged into the kitchen outlet must remain plugged in at all times and will sound if gas is not properly used.
-Cars cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors. Maximum 1 car in garage and 3 in driveway. Please inquire if unsure.
-Fireplace may not be used or accessed by guests.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Animals are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.
-1 house trained dog ok, no cats. Please inquire if dog is >20 lbs or you have more than 1.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence
-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or animals.
-Guests are required to scrape the grill and empty the grease trap in the trash after every use.
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Queen Air mattress available
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.
