Set across two levels, the home is accessed via a staircase from the main road that leads directly to the pool terrace. The ground floor features an open-plan living space with a comfortable lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with an island and bar stools. The kitchen includes everything you need for a relaxed stay, such as an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, and kettle. Large French doors open onto the pool terrace, where guests can enjoy outdoor dining and sunbathing. An external staircase leads to a private upper terrace—perfect for watching Kalkan’s unforgettable sunsets.
An internal staircase from the living area leads to the upper level, where you’ll find two air-conditioned bedrooms, both with private balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay. The double bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the twin bedroom has its own adjacent private bathroom. Each room offers exceptional sea views.
Outside, the private pool stretches along the entire front of the villa and is surrounded by a sunny terrace with loungers and umbrellas. A raised sunset terrace provides an additional relaxing space with beautiful views across the bay.
For your comfort and convenience, the villa includes WiFi, a TV and DVD player, a music system, a washing machine, air-conditioning throughout, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a BBQ, and on-site parking. A high chair and cot are available upon request.
