Villa Ercan located in the Maras area of Dalyan and is a 5-minute stroll from the town centre. This is a quiet location and the villa sits on a corner plot with private gardens and swimming pool.
The villa was fully refurbished in December 2018
All rooms are air conditioned, windows and doors are fitted with mosquito screens.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all you needs with appliances: gas hob/electric oven, washing machine located in the under-stairs storage room, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, microwave and smaller appliances: kettle, toaster, Turkish coffee maker, sufficient cutlery and crockery for the capacity of the villa.
Lounge /dining
There is an open plan lounge with kitchen downstairs. The living area includes comfortable sofas and armchairs - very fresh and cosy. Flat screen TV / satellite TV showing Turkish channels and English news channels (albeit English maybe limited).
Bedroom 1 - Double bed with access to villa terrace and pool. Fitted wardrobes and draws with bedside cabinets. Also this room has en-suite with shower, toilet and hand washbasin. Doors lead on to the veranda.
UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 2 - Twin single beds with fitted wardrobes, draws and bedside cabinets. En-suite comprising of shower, toilet and hand washbasin. This room has Juliet balcony overlooking the pool & garden and a rear balcony to sit and relax with a drink.
Bedroom 3 - Double bed with fitted wardrobes, draws and bedside cabinets. There is a small half moon balcony overlooking the pool and a rear balcony to sit and relax whilst having a drink. With en-suite comprising of shower, toilet and hand washbasin.
Bedroom 4 - Double bed with fitted wardrobes, draws and bedside cabinets. Juliet balcony. With en suite comprising of shower, toilet and hand washbasin.
Bedroom 5 - Attic bedroom with twin single beds and en-suite.
POOL/GARDEN/TERRACE
Villa Ercan has its own private swimming pool with step ladder access. Located in garden is a modern covered seating area for relaxing and dining. Around the pool there are sufficient sunbeds and brollies. Also located in the garden you'll find a stone built BBQ.
Located in Ortaca, this villa is in the mountains and on a river. Sultaniye Hot Springs and Kapikargin Sulfur Spa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Yuvarlak Cay. Dalyan Cami and DEKAMER are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
