• Strip any used beds
• Remove personal items and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• Strip linens off beds that were used. place one set of sheets in washing machine and start it. load and start dishwasher with used dishes. if you used the grill, please clean it with the brush.
• Remove fireplace ashes tie up all trash, place in secure bins in parking area and secure lids with straps. do not place loose trash in the bin or leave any trash outside. turn thermostat down to 55°
• Ensure you haven’t left any of your items behind. make sure all light are turned off. close all windows, lock doors and place keys in lockbox on front porch. lock the gate as you leave.
