Perched on the edge of a cliff above the Pecos River canyon on 2,000 acres of Northern New Mexico wilderness, this exquisite property can comfortably host up to two couples seeking complete privacy, extraordinary landscape, and the kind of unhurried stillness that is genuinely rare. There are no neighboring properties within sight, no schedules to keep. Just open sky, river canyon, piñon and ponderosa, and the quiet that belongs to this part of New Mexico.

THE PROPERTY

The 4,000+ square foot home of southwestern architecture with traditional flat roofs, vigas and kiva fireplaces, sits at the canyon's edge, with unobstructed views across the Pecos River gorge from every principal room and the expansive wood deck. The uniquely vibrant interior carries decades of the owner's international travels which includes one-of-a-kind trophies collected from hunting expeditions across multiple continents. There is nowhere else quite like it.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Two guest suites, each architecturally private and distinctly appointed:

Each suite offers a queen size bed, a traditional Kiva fireplace, a private outdoor patio, and a fully appointed en-suite bathroom. Suites open to separate outdoor spaces, giving each couple genuine independence within the shared whole-property experience. The living room, kitchen, trophy room, and multiple cliff decks are shared — the natural gathering point for sunsets, meals, and evenings under one of the darkest skies in New Mexico.

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (2 couples). The property does not accept bookings for parties, events, or groups outside this profile.

THE LAND

Two thousand private acres of Sangre De Cristo Mountain terrain — trails, meadows, piñon forest, and a descent to the river. You will not reach the edges of the property during a five-night stay.

THE PECOS RIVER

A private river beach at the bottom of the canyon — lounge chairs, a shaded picnic shelter, the sound of moving water. Guests have fished, swam, and simply sat here for hours. The gravel road down can be reached by car or but is a gentle walk from the Main House. The feeling when you arrive is complete.

THE ANIMALS

The ranch speaks the owner's love for animals as she homes horses, a donkey and a 300 lb. pig all of whom have the freedom to roam the property as they wish. Daisy, the pig, looks forward to her bowl of leftovers gathered from the day's meal preparation. Roo, the donkey loves a daily brush and welcomes chips, same as Daisy.

THE STAFF

An on-site housekeeper and ranch manager are present throughout your stay. The property is prepared to a high standard before your arrival and maintained throughout. Your property manager is on-site and available for every need — from arranging a private river picnic to coordinating a day in Santa Fe.

SANTA FE — 30 MINUTES

The ranch places you within easy reach of one of the most culturally rich small cities in the United States. Canyon Road galleries, the historic Plaza, the Santa Fe Opera, world-class dining, and the August Indian Market are all accessible in a 30–45 minute drive. The ranch is a base, not a destination — though many guests find they never want to leave.
