At the Terraces you’ll find this pristine, charming, and convenient two-bedroom, one level, private end unit condominium offering magical views of the majestic peaks of Colorado's San Juan Mountains, Telluride Ski & Golf Resort and Palmyra Peak. The location is ideal; the slope-side ski in/ski out access is 80 steps from the front door. So if your preference is to simply click into your skis, strap into your snowboard, sled down the mountain, head out for a quick snowshoe, bike or hike, without trekking across town (especially with the little ones) then we welcome you to take advantage of everything the Hot Toddy has to offer.
Upon arrival, enjoy the luxury of entering the residence through a heated one-car garage. Simply place your skis and outdoor equipment in the racks provided then proceed with your personal items up one flight of stairs. The residence is tastefully furnished and constructed with high-end finishes. Hardwood floors adorn the main areas and bedrooms with slate floors in the kitchen. The in-floor radiant heat is zoned to be individually controlled allowing personalized comfort for everyone. The ambiance is calming, the floor to ceiling windows in the main areas, offer a plethora of natural sunlight throughout the day. The open floor plan provides an inviting space for conversation and entertainment. Enjoy views and the three-side fireplace in the living room as you curl up to read a book or get cozy on the couch to watch a movie, in the dining room as you sit at the table to puzzle or play a game or in the kitchen as you utilize your chef skills.
The kitchen is well equipped inclusive of a gas range and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave and walk-in pantry. The sliding door off the dining room allows you to step out and inhale the crisp mountain air on the private deck. Take a seat in the Adirondack chairs with a local brew, glass of wine or favorite libation while you grill your dinner then come inside to the dining room table which seats seven and the kitchen counter which seats two.
The spacious en-suite master is adorned with the comfort of a plush king bed with cozy bedding and a walk-in closet. The master shower and bathtub allows the option to soak your tired muscles after a long day on the mountain and when you step out, your toes stay toasty warm with the in-floor radiant heat. The guest room is cozy with two twin beds that easily convert into a king sized bed along with a standard size closet. The guest bathroom is right outside the bedroom with a walk-in shower. The washer and dryer are located at the end of the kitchen.
Skiing, hiking and biking trails are steps outside the door with easy access to all activities offered throughout Telluride and Mountain Village. Again, ski access pending the snowfall is approximately 40 steps to the ski access to The Meadows Ski Run located at the base of Chondola (Lift 1) and Sunshine Express (Lift 10).
Three FREE seasonal transportation services offered throughout Mountain Village, make getting around convenient and hassle-free for everyone without the worry of driving conditions, parking or choosing a designated driver. 1) Chondola “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” for skiers or non-skiers which allows you to ride inside a gondola car to the heart of Mountain Village then you can decide to walk around or ride the Gondola down into the town of Telluride or take the Mountain Village Gondola to Town Hall Plaza showcasing Mountain Village Market (groceries, beer, wine & spirits), Coffee Shop and Town Hall. 2) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. 3) Local Shuttle Bus Service stops at bus stop at the entrance of the Terraces complex and stops at the Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola to the Town of Telluride.

Two parking spaces are available; one space in the heated garage and the other directly in front of the garage. Please note, this home does not have A/C - as is standard here in Telluride.
