3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Completely remodeled unit. Quiet and clean condo complex was recently remodeled. Two almost identical master bedrooms with bathrooms and balcony access. Third bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds (4 beds) perfect for kids. WiFi, Cable, Washer and Dryer.
The condo has a private and pleasant courtyard with grass and flowers in the summer, hot tub, covered parking spot (limited height), alternate parking available at close by lot and along street. Bike rack in open parking garage is available for securing bikes.
Condo is located across the street from bus stop and river trail. Lift 7 is about 500 feet away. In town location is easy walk to gondola and downtown to access all the town has to offer.

Located in Telluride, this condo is in the city center. Telluride Ski Resort and Ouray Hot Springs Pool are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda. Fetch's Mining & Mercantile and Silverton Railroad Depot are also worth visiting.
