This home sits on 2.84 acres amid breathtaking natural beauty with views of the continental divide. The 9' living room windows bring in all aspects of the surrounding setting from the grassy meadow to the pine trees and the incredible peak views. Soak in the hot tub on the deck or enjoy a steam shower after a day full of outdoor activities. Reliable and fast star link Wi-Fi. As you enter the home the main level has a fully equipped kitchen with oils and spices; dining room with seating for 6 and a kitchen counter with 3 stools; living room with the most comfortable large couch, fireplace and flat-screen TV; powder room and the primary bedroom suite with a king bed, large soaking tub and steam shower. You can access the hot tub deck from either the living room or the primary bedroom. A spiral staircase leads to an office loft with an additional powder room.
Above the garage is another king bedroom suite with shower and exercise equipment. The lower floor has 2 additional bedrooms, each with a bathroom as well as a living space, large flat-screen TV, Foosball table, dart board and a pull-out queen sofa bed.
Located in Tabernash, this vacation home is in the mountains. Winter Park Ski Resort and Ski Granby Ranch are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lake Granby. Amaze'n Maze Winter Park and Alpine Slide are also worth visiting.
