Upon entry, you’ll find a cozy mudroom. Take a few steps down into a family room where a wood burning fireplace will keep you cozy while curled up on the couch watching TV. Choose to go straight upon entry and you’ll find yourself in a kitchen with a gourmet range with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The open floor plan shows the large dining table (seating for 8), kid’s table and living room with impressive stone wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings and flatscreen TV. Two bedrooms exist on the main floor and share a hall bath. One room has a queen bed and outdoor access. The second has a twin over full bunk with twin trundle below.

Head upstairs to find the primary suite with King bed and complete with private balcony, beautiful en -suite bathroom. The other upstairs rooms has twin bed and entrance to loft where there’s a twin mattress if needed and child play area. Third bedroom child bed and desk. There's a full set of washer and dryer and a third full bathroom.

Venture outside to relax on the deck or take a short walk to the private hot tub and yoga studio with stunning views. Enjoy roasting marshmallows around the outdoor fire pit (fire restrictions permitting – guests are responsible for checking) under the stars. For added convenience, this beautiful home has a detached two car garage.

Winter Park Resort is just 9.1 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.6 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2.9 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.
