This year-round home is on the water and features a private dock with room for a 22" boat and is completely navigable to Peconic Bay and the ocean.
Renovated and newly furnished in a nautical/coastal vibe, the house features an open concept kitchen, dining, living room and bathroom on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. There is also another den with pull out sofa as well as an office area with desk for remote work. The master has an en-suite bath, walk in closet and lovely Juliet balcony. All bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with TVs. Luxury bedding is provided.
Every room in the house directly faces the water and has stunning views. Swans and ducklings are daily visitors.
Enjoy dining al fresco on the beautifully furnished outdoor patio equipped with firepit and tiki torches. Roast marshmallows, grill fresh seafood and watch the sunsets in a sublime setting.
Paddleboards & kayaks are provided and ready to launch directly from your own private dock. Boats and jet skis are available for rent from a local marina minutes away. Fish Cove leads directly into North Sea Harbor and Peconic Bay.
Front yard has a basketball hoop. Laundry room with new washer/dryer on 1st floor.
Extremely private and quiet location is beautiful for a relaxing stay all year round. Cozy fireplace makes it ideal for the fall and winter months.
Visit local farms and wineries. Sailing, yoga, golf, tennis, jet skiing and fishing are just some of the many possibilities in this upscale and bucolic setting.

Located in Southampton, this vacation home is on the waterfront. While the natural beauty of The Hamptons Beaches and Cooper's Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Shinnecock Hills Golf Course.
Southampton Arts Center and Southampton Cultural Center are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
