Enjoy the best of the area when you choose this mountain-view escape as your home base. Nestled along the Rio Grande River, the spacious home features two floors, complete with two living spaces, a large deck, a screened patio, and even a private hot tub for after-hike soaks. Offering the prime fusion of comfort and convenience, your crew can simply kick back and soak in every moment of vacation.
Two living areas each present wonderful spots to unwind - one provides a smart TV and one has a wood-burning stove. A full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create your favorite meals. High-speed WiFi allows for seamless streaming on the smart TVs, while a Pack ‘n Play and highchair provide perks for the family. All four bedrooms are found upstairs. The main suite presents an en suite bathroom and a private screened patio with a gas firepit. When you want to explore, a wide array of outdoor activities are within a scenic drive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
