There is Direct ATV access from this property on the Town of South Fork’s Trail System to the National Forest Roads. You DO NOT have to trailer your ATV’s from this property. There is room to park Trucks & Trailers as well.

You can watch the ducks and geese fly by on the river. There is public access to fish a couple hundred yards away and a public boat ramp.

Sitting right on the Rio Grande River you can listen to peace serene sound of the river running past. With the convenience of town 2 minutes away you have everything you need at your finger tips. This condo is in the second story. The Stagecoach originated with it's rustic farmhouse furniture and it's southern Colorado charm of being in the mountains where is there is so much to do.
