3 night minimum on weekends, 1 night minimum weekdays*. If we still have a weekend open on short notice we wave the 3 night minimum. This Little Retreat Is Great For Private Entertaining and or Relaxing With Warm Summer Days By The Pool.
This Newly Remolded, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bath (including Jacuzzi Tub In Master Bath) Sleeps 8 + 2.
The Home Is Furnished With Deluxe Finishes Not Typically Found In Rentals. For Example The Kitchen Is Stocked With Higher End Amenities E.g. J.A. Henckles Knives, Designer Flat Ware, Quality Wine Glasses And Dish Sets. This Home Has A Private Back Yard With A Pool, Hot Tub, Bocce Ball Court (recreation Size I.e. Smaller Than Official Competition Size But There Is A Bar Rail To Place Your Drinks As You Bowl).
Unlike Other Rentals We Don't Throw Out All The Condiments, Tea, Coffee, Baking Goods etc. That Get Left Behind, We Welcome Our Guests To Use The Supplies Onsite.
There Are 4 Bedrooms Upstairs and 2 bathrooms
1 A Master Suite. The Master Bath Has A Jacuzzi Tub, Separate Shower And Toilet Room.
2,3&4 All have queen size beds. The 2nd bathroom is at the end of the hall.
There Is A Fifth Sleeping Space With Custom Barn Doors On The Main Floor With A Chaisse Lounge That Converts to a Full Bed. There is a Half Bath On The Main Floor.
Our Private Backyard With Grill, Patio Set Seats 12, Seating Area, Bocce Ball Court (recreational Size), Pool And 6 Person Hot Tub.
The Living Room Has Two Couches A 55” Flat Screen With Surround Sound. The Speakers Are Blue Tooth Enable To Play Your Music Or You Can Simply Plug Your Music Player (e.g. I phone, I pod, Android) Into The Audio Jack.
The Home Has A Party Sized Propane Gas Grill With 6 Elements And A Side Burner.
We are located .5 to the East of Sonoma Golf Course and .5 miles to the West of The Fairmont Hotel. Within 15 minutes there are more wineries and Outstanding Restaurants than one could visit in a month.
The Home Is Located In A Residential Area In The Heart Of Sonoma Valley. It is much more quite than a major city neighborhood (compared to SF or NYC) but it is in a residential neighborhood with street traffic (please see the map) and set expectations accordingly. Please take the time to read our reviews to get a broader understanding of the property.

Located in Boyes Hot Springs, a neighborhood in Sonoma, this vacation home is near theme parks. Sonoma TrainTown Railroad and Robert Ferguson Observatory are also worth visiting.
