The in-law unit with a separate entrance via the backyard has 1 bedroom with a full size bed, Roku TV and a full bathroom. This bedroom is adjacent to living space that can be used as a library or office with french doors leading into a private cozy garden and the 8 person jacuzzi tub.
The home offers a game room which has a Roku TV, large pool table, vintage 5 cent slot machine and dart board. The game room also has a built-in counter with stools, a couch and coffee table, as well as a mini fridge for beverages!
