You will be staying in a 4-room semi-detached house that spans 86 square meters. The spacious and bright property features sloping ceilings in some areas and underwent renovations in 2019, resulting in beautiful and cozy furnishings. The living/sleeping room measures 15 square meters and includes a sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV, CD-player, hi-fi system, DVD, wood-burning stove, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This room leads to a terrace. The large, open kitchen spans 20 square meters and is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a pizza oven. It also features a dining table and dining nook. There is a shower, bidet, and toilet. The property has heating, electric heating, and a 300-liter boiler. On the lower ground floor, accessible by a steep stair, you will find a large playroom with a hydro massage bath. The upper floor, also accessible by a steep stair, has two rooms with sloping ceilings. One room features a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating, while the other room has the same bed size and amenities.
