It is located in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne, CO, in a perfect spot with quick access to the state’s most popular ski resorts, Lake Dillon, and Green Mountain Reservoir. Winter or summer, there is plenty to do: skiing or snowboarding, hiking, biking, or snowshoeing straight from the front porch. The covered deck provides stunning views in both the summertime and winter months.
The townhouse has three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds or regular size); there is a full bathroom near the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The living room has a gas fireplace, a 50” TV, a Fire Stick streaming device, and a queen-size sofa sleeper; a full kitchen with a stainless steel electric range and microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher; a dining area with a large 8-person table; a covered deck with a BBQ grill and a round metal table with four chairs; a washer and dryer; and an additional half bathroom on the first floor.

Located in Wildernest, a neighborhood in Silverthorne, this vacation home is in the mountains. Keystone Ski Resort and Copper Mountain Ski Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Main Street. Rainbow Park and The Colorado Angler are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling and sledding.
