This three-bedroom condominium can sleep up to ten people, with 1,500 square feet of comfortable living space. This spectacular unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar, and dining area. The dining table will seat 8 as well as 4 chairs that pull up to the granite counter to make it easy for dining, talking and getting together after a busy day on the slopes! A large private deck, gas fireplace, full size washer and dryer, wireless internet, televisions with DVD players, and more are provided. There are two master bedrooms one with a king, and one with a queen bed. Three full bathrooms, one with jetted tub. A third bedroom with a king bed and full bath is also available. There are two sleeper sofas for additional sleeping space. The second master bedroom of this split plan has a full bath and a kitchenette of its own including a small sink, microwave , dishwasher and small stove. This beautiful ski resort is nestled between peaks 8 and 9 where guests can access the mountain via the Snowflake Chairlift, that's easily within walking distance. Grand Timber offers ski-in/ski-out access, and is just a short walk from Main Street restaurants and shopping in Breckenridge. A FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE is also available from the lodge. Two underground heated parking spots with indoor elevators to your unit after parking your cars. All sidewalks and steps in the resort are heated. There is a fully equipped ski and snowboard rental shop for your convenience. Storage lockers for your ski equipment are available on premises. Enjoy multiple indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs including kiddie pool and large social indoor seating area near a gas fireplace. A 700 sq. ft. Fitness Center with state-of-the-art fitness machines and cardio equipment open early AM to late evening. A Family Fun Center with 4 media movie rooms for private viewing are available to reserve. A game arcade is also located in the Family Center area. There is an onsite restaurant, The Boot Saloon, with a laid back ski lodge vibe and ambiance reflected in mountain related memorabilia from the 70's, 80's and 90's. A menu of American pub/comfort food is served. Happy Hour daily! Watch old ski films and hang out! The activities staff will assist in exploring all Breckenridge has to offer, from dog sledding to snowmobiling to a relaxing dinner sleigh ride. Grand Timber Lodge is without a doubt one of Colorado's finest ski-in, ski-out resorts.
