This 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom premium home is big enough to comfortably host groups of up to three who are looking to make Summit County their temporary home. Whether it be for a few weeks, or a seasonal rental, Ptarmigan Lookout Retreat offers you and your group the comforts of home in the mountains while serving as a basecamp for all your outdoor adventures.

The main living area creates an atmosphere of luxury featuring vaulted ceilings and panoramic windows helping to create a welcoming and warm environment for all those that visit. The kitchen area features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a dining table with seating for six along with a breakfast bar with seating for three. Just off the living room there is a wrap-around deck perfect for taking in the views and enjoying that fresh mountain air along with a dedicated office for those wanting to get some work done. The downstairs features a dedicated entertainment area with large flat-screen Smart TV, wet bar, and walkout patio.

Other amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary cable and Wi-Fi, and a private garage for two vehicles. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.
