The kitchen is open to the dining area with seating for 10. the spacious living room features a stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and views of Ptargmigan mountain and the aspen and pine forests. There is a furnished deck with a gas grill and incredible views of the Gore Mountain Range. The main level of the home has two bedrooms. The primary bedroom is a private sanctuary with King sized bed, large screen TV, private patio, and luxurious primary bathroom complete with spa soaking tub, two person glass shower, double vanity, and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 upstairs has a Queen bed, there is a full bathroom in the hall and a large laundry room. The Lower level has a spacious family room equipped with a mounted smart TV with access to all streaming apps. Bedroom 3 downstairs has a Queen bed, and bedroom 4 has a set of double bunk beds, plus 1 double bed for a total of 3 double beds. There is a full bathroom in the hallway. Downstairs also has an in-home office work space, lots of board games and a large entry storage room for all your outdoor gear. There is a heated 2 car garage with EV charger.

Clubhouse amenities available 10am - 5pm.
