The property also includes 150 estate pinot noir vines, majestic redwood trees, lush gardens, herds of sheep in our front fields & Russian River creek swimming holes. Only 10 mins away is our town of Sebastopol and 20 mins is the stunning Pacific Coastline beaches.
Our 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom picturesque property boasts two separate and stunning living spaces.
The main 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is an airy modern Hawaiian style ranch home, consisting of an open floor plan, AC/Heat, floor to ceiling windows, skylights and wooden oak hardwood floorboards. The modern style farmhouse covered porch offers a swing with expanse views and the landscaped surrounding vineyards. An original wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room while you watch TV and movies on a 65 inch Samsung QLED Smart TV with Streaming and Live TV stations and state-of-the-art home theater system. With Sonos in surround sound indoor and outdoor, our larger than life strobe, reflecting disco lights and mirrored wall create an instant dance party for all ages. If you must work and play, our Internet download speed of 200Mbps makes it easy, and an HP Laser Jet Printer is also available for your office needs. An indoor washer/dryer is also conveniently located in our fully equipped laundry room.

Bringing your own car is best and we have ample parking on the property but Uber and Lyft are available as are chartered buses for winery tours.
The pool can be heated at a cost of $200 per night's stay (at a minimum of 3 nights) to heat to 85 degrees otherwise it normally runs between 65-70 degrees. It is definitely recommended outside of summer months if you are wanting to use the pool. Guests have access to the entire 6 acres of property including the creek that runs through the property, hot tub, heated pool, separate cottage, trampoline, bocce and fields.
For surfers, beaches are a 20 minute drive to some of the most spectacular coastline and surfing beaches, as well as best fishing spots, local seafood and also, water sports. There is no end of things to do in our special part of the world and wine country.

Sebastopol is home to this vacation home. Luther Burbank's Experiment Farm and Wild Flour Organic Gardens are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit The Barlow and Railroad Square Historic District.
