Living & Dining: Relax in the spacious living room with its large windows and cozy gas fireplace, or gather in the formal dining room.
Gourmet Kitchen: A fully equipped gourmet kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and laundry facilities.
Work & Play: The den offers a dedicated workspace with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse, supported by fast WiFi. Enjoy large TVs and Sonos sound throughout the house.
Family-Friendly: We provide a selection of children's books, a pack-and-play crib, board games, and a basketball hoop.
Health & Comfort: HEPA air filtration systems are in each bedroom and the main living area for your comfort.
This is a pet-friendly home. We perform extra cleaning between reservations when a dog has been present on the property.
You will have full and private access to the entire home and its wonderful amenities during your stay, including the house, gardens, pool, and hot tub.
Please note that the following areas are locked for owner storage and are not accessible:

A single dresser in the master closet (two other dressers are provided for your use)
A small closet under the stairs
Any forced entry into these locked areas will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
We value your privacy and aim for a seamless, independent stay. While we will not be present on the property, we are always available via the booking platform or phone should you need any assistance or have questions during your visit. Our goal is to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable getaway.
Rental Agreement: After booking, you will receive a link to our standard rental agreement via SignNow. This must be digitally signed to confirm your reservation.
Security & Noise Monitoring: For your security and to ensure neighborhood peace, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras and noise decibel monitors. These devices do not have views into any interior spaces and are not actively monitored.
Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for your stay for a daily fee to cover propane and electricity costs. Please inquire for details.
Long-Term Stays: For stays of 28 days or more, guests are responsible for the cost of electricity and propane used. Water and trash services are included.
Cleaning Protocol: We are committed to your health and safety. We have upgraded our cleaning practices and never book same-day turnovers to ensure the home is meticulously prepared for your arrival.
